Capoeira Hawaii is proud to host special workshops from time to time. Workshops are generally Capoeira or Capoeira music classes led by a visiting Mestre, or sometimes special sessions on topics like making your own Berimbau.

Workshops with visiting Mestres are generally open to Capoeira Hawaii students, as well as non-students, though attendance fees are generally higher for non-students.

Students are highly encouraged to take advantage of these special opportunities to learn more about Capoeira, and about other Mestres and their unique perspectives and philosophies.

Mestre Beiçola also hosts an annual trip to Brazil for special workshop classes in a number of Capoeira styles and Afro-Brazilian dances. The trip is open to Capoeira Hawaii students, and is an experience to remember.
