About Our Classes
Beginner and mixed level Capoeira classes typically begin with warm up and stretching, followed by drills, partner practice, and sometimes a Roda. Classes will also occasionally cover Maculelê, Samba and percussion.

Students new to Capoeira are should attend only the beginner level classes until they have a solid base of skill. All classes are co-ed, except for the women's only class.

Class sizes vary, usually ranging from 5 to 20 students in a given class.
